The Dream Alphabet
Would you like to have your private dream analyst wherever you go? Strephon's The Dream Alphabet contains 2000 key symbols from life and dreams.

1• Write down or rewrite your dream as fully as possible. List the key symbols which have positive or negative energy

2List the key actions in the dream by you as dream ego or taken by other figures. How do the actions relate to each other?

3List what you in the dream (dream ego) are doing and not doing in the dream. How are you relating or not relating?

4 List any sequences, a beginning, a middle and an end. What are the developing themes?

5Again look at your dream ego. List what you could have done in the dream but didn't. Give possible reasons or feelings.

6List actions and themes in the dream that are not resolved. Indicate reasons for this.

7Rewrite your dream making clear its structure, themes and what is needed to make the dream whole.

8Make a list of what you are doing and not doing in your dream. List feelings you may be having.

9Look at your dream ego list and describe how you are relating or not relating to other characters and elements.

10List the attitudes motivating your list of behaviors in the dream. An attitude is a rule we choose by.

11List what you would like to have done differently in your dream and why.

12What change of attitudes would you make to act effectively and in tune with the dream as a whole?

13What attitudes or values would you keep in the dream and why?

14List the possible places for choice and what choices were made or not made and why?

15What are the crises points in the dream? What more is needed? List these.

16What are the one or two key actions taken or not taken by you but needed for the dream itself?

17For each of the characters in the dream, what attitude might each represent? List.

18What are the key actions in the dream? Evaluate whether they contribute to the whole or not?

19List the issues and themes in the dream and relate these to issues and themes in life.

20List how your dream ego is the same or different from your waking life ego.

21Write too: Why did I have to have this dream now? Let the response flow.

22List the dream and life insights from your flow response as to why you had to have your dream at this time.

23Summarize the key elements, themes, issues, meanings in your dream as developed out of your previous work.

24List life issues and themes related to your dream. List new ways of resolving life issues based on the dreamwork.

25What is your dream ego's point of view in the dream? What is your new point of view about the dream after doing dreamwork?

26In preparing for new dreaming list what you would like to do differently, and why, in future dreams with similar themes.

27In relating to new life situations list what you need to be aware of and how to act in a fulfilling way.

28Re-read all your dreamwork here, summarize, also describe the methods used.
